Job Description
Accounting Operations
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliation statements.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Taxation and Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Handle TDS calculations, payments, and return filings.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for Income Tax and statutory matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Financial Reporting
Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
Support statutory audits and internal audits.
Payroll and Administration
Process employee reimbursements and salary-related accounting entries.
Maintain financial records and documentation.
