Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage rooftop & ground-mounted solar projects
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
- Coordinate with design team for system layouts and engineering drawings
- Manage installation teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality norms
- Liaise with clients, DISCOMs, and government authorities for approvals & net metering
- Support commissioning, testing, and handover of projects
