Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team at Trip My Tour. The ideal candidate will assist clients with travel planning, visa services, holiday packages, and flight bookings while delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle domestic & international travel inquiries
- Plan and sell holiday packages, flights, hotels, and visa services
- Provide accurate information on destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements
- Assist clients with visa documentation and processing
- Manage bookings using travel portals and CRM systems
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, DMCs) for best rates
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements Minimum
- 1–3 years experience in travel industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of visa processing & international destinations
- Strong communication & sales skills
- Familiarity with booking tools (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
- Customer-oriented mindset
