Senior Officer

Responsibilities

1. Sodexo Meal & Fuel Benefit Management
   Managed end-to-end processing of Sodexo Meal and Fuel card orders across multiple group companies, ensuring timely registration, order placement, benefit credit, and renewal in line with eligibility and compliance requirements. 
2. External Stakeholder Coordination
   Acted as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers (including benefit partners), ensuring smooth coordination, issue resolution, and adherence to agreed timelines and service levels. 
3. Payment Processing & Internal Coordination
   Coordinated closely with ABEX and Finance teams for vendor payment processing, invoice booking, and follow-ups to ensure timely disbursement and uninterrupted benefit delivery to employees. 
4. Payroll Inputs & Paysheet Accuracy
   Provided accurate monthly payroll inputs related to benefits, deductions, loans, and advances, ensuring correct reflection in the paysheet and compliance with payroll cut-off timelines. 
5. Employee Benefits Administration
   Ensured timely processing of employee benefits including meal vouchers, fuel cards, reimbursements, and other compensation & benefits components, maintaining data accuracy and employee satisfaction. 
6. Employee Loan & Advance Processing
   Handled end-to-end processing of employee loans and salary advances, including eligibility checks, approvals, disbursement coordination, and recovery through payroll as per company policy

Qualifications

Qualification - Graduate/ BA - HR

Experience : minimum two-year experience in HR operation.
