The Production Studio Delivery Lead oversees the production and execution of all studio operations within the Production Studios business area and drives the successful execution of the overall strategy. The Production Studio Delivery Lead provides thought leadership and strategic direction across the services and is responsible for team performance and business process efficiencies.
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s Degree required. Relevant years experience in marketing delivery roles within Direct Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Service Provider, Marketing Agency, and/or Marketing Operations;   Relevant years of experience across multiple verticals, e.g. Life Sciences, Retail, Financial Services; and, Relevant years of Transformation experience, managing operational or structural change within an organization. •Ability to collaborate across talented and diverse cross functional teams, including brand teams, other agency partners, technology delivery teams, campaign operations and campaign production, with the unified goal of delivering global complex client solutions; Understanding of marketing strategy with specific expertise in targeting, segmentation, test/control design, and campaign analytics; Demonstrated ability to successfully operate in complex organizations; Understanding of leading practices in email marketing; Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members; and, Comfortable leading a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Optimize Studio Operations by working across studios to drive common standards and integrate to the broader pieces of the Marketing Services and Accenture business. Work collaboratively across the business to consider broader innovation and implications of how creative and content come together for business solutions. Work with SAs to ensure the best practices of delivery and innovation are incorporated within those solutions to drive increased value to clients. Drive global scale of Studio Operations to enable growth and profitability. Guide in what new capabilities are necessary to drive win rates in collaboration across Sales and Solutions. Collaborates across global Accenture and/or client teams and serves as Key Contact for delivery and represent expertise as necessary in sales process. Serves as a Delivery Reviewer and Participant during key new business opportunities. Participates in strategic planning meetings with various clients and manages client expectations in terms of support and delivery as needed. Participates in client stakeholder meetings including governance of financials, operations, and demand management/forecasting as needed. Acts as a point of escalation for delivery and operational issues and manages to successful resolution. Manages all financials including capturing additional sales opportunities, forecasting, and invoicing. Drives operational reporting and KPIs as it relates to the Marketing Services practice and collaborates with other Delivery Leads to share best practices and efficiencies; and, Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all contracted services and meeting all service level agreements. Exemplifies Accenture’s core values through client engagement and internal leadership within the project team and the practice. Grow and develop talent in key capability areas. •Able to work in a global context Content Domain skills; Understanding of how studio capture process model works and implications of a global operational capability Understanding of integrated marketing across prospect and customer lifecycles; Ability to consider the impacts of GenAI in the Marketing Services business area Experienced in the relationship between marketing strategy, customer data, segments, channel, creative, content, and offers and how they interact to drive desired business outcomes; Strong leadership skills and an ability to lead a cross-functional team of Strong client management skills, communication skills, business acumen, and ability to understand our clients’ business challenges and marketing’s role in solving these challenges;
