Requirements:
- 0–3 years of Sales/Customer Service experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong English, Hindi & local language communication
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Two-wheeler preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer onboarding, KYC & product activation
- Demonstrate financial products and resolve customer queries
- Cross-sell related financial products
- Build customer relationships and generate referrals
