Job Description

Revenue & Growth: Drive B2C and B2B enrollments, plan regional marketing strategies, and conduct seminars at schools and corporate events.

Academic & Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day center functions, ensure smooth execution of class schedules, and maintain high standards of teaching delivery.

Team Leadership: Mentor and manage faculty and administrative staff, conduct performance evaluations, and build a positive work culture.

Student & Parent Engagement: Oversee the entire student lifecycle from counseling and admissions to conducting Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and addressing grievances.
