Field Worker

Traker is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Executives to onboard driver partners for our mobility and delivery platform. The primary responsibility is to meet drivers in the field, assist them in downloading the Traker Driver App, complete KYC and registration, and help them become active on the platform.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit high-potential locations such as auto stands, taxi stands, transport hubs, railway stations, airports, and commercial areas.
• Convince drivers to join the Traker platform.
• Assist drivers in downloading and installing the Traker Driver App.
• Complete driver registration and KYC documentation.
• Explain app features, earnings, incentives, and referral programs.
• Ensure newly onboarded drivers successfully complete their first trip.
• Build and maintain relationships with driver partners.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
• Submit daily field activity and onboarding reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team to resolve driver issues.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or driver onboarding.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and basic English is preferred.
