Job Description
Team Manager - Direct & Outdoor Field Sales
Immediate vacancies for Ambitious and hard working Team Managers at Habitat Group (HABITAT REALTY/HABITAT PRIME). Work will be in the territory close to your residence. In-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 plus incentives, subject to last drawn and personal interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be comfortable with self sales and revenue targets
- Generate team sales of packages by face to face interaction.
- Manage a team working in societies, outside malls, metro stations, office areas, etc.
- Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum requirement is 1 year - 3 years of experience with field sales & team management. Applicants should also have good leadership and interpersonal skills.
