Sales Coordinator & Payment Follow-up Executive

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

* Coordinate with dealers, sales team and customers for orders.

* Follow up on quotations, orders and pending requirements.

* Regularly follow up with customers for outstanding payments.

* Maintain customer-wise outstanding/payment records.

* Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for payment collection.

* Send payment reminders through WhatsApp and phone calls.

* Track promised payment dates and ensure timely follow-up.

* Coordinate with dispatch/logistics regarding customer orders.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales and payment follow-up reports.

* Maintain proper customer and dealer data in Excel/CRM.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Back Office, Telecalling, Collections or similar role.

* Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.

* Good follow-up and coordination skills.

* Should be organised, responsible and comfortable speaking with dealers/customers.

* Experience in plywood, laminates, interior products, building materials or hardware will be an advantage.
