Job Description

Roles & responsibilities

1. Insurance Management

·Coordinate for all corporate insurance policies (Property, Liability, Marine, Cyber, Employee Benefits, etc.)
·Monitor Employee Benefits and capture feedback for improvements.

 

2. Claims Management

·Monitor employees GMC/GTL/GPA claim process, including follow-ups, and settlement.
·Coordinate with Broker, TPA and Insurer to ensure timely claim closure.
·Monitor claims monthly trends and recommend preventive measures.

 

3. Reporting & MIS

·Prepare periodic reports on insurance coverage & claims.
·Maintain dashboards and trackers for pending claims

 

4. Stakeholder & Broker Management

·Address employee queries and complaints related to Insurance.
·Ensure smooth coordination during policy issuance, endorsements and claims
·Provide timely resolutions and ensure high service standards.
·Educate employees on policy coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures.

 

 5. Compliance & Governance

·Support internal and external audits related to insurance

 

Educational qualifications

•Graduate or equivalent preferred.
•Additional certification course from preferably from similar industry.

 

Work experience

•8 -10 years of overall working experience in Corporate benefits administration, insurance management.
•Deep familiarity with Insurance policy, TPA operation and claim resolution cycles.
•Critical thinking, problem solving, strong verbal and writing skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the corporate structure.
•Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, quick thinker, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
