Job Description
We are looking for a presentable and confident female candidate with fluent English communication skills for the role of Customer Relations Officer. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reception and greet customers professionally
- Manage billing and front desk operations
- Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries
- Assist customers with party bookings and coordination
- Ensure excellent customer service and overall experience
- Maintain proper records of bookings and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of billing systems/computers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
