Summary:
As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from initial planning through to successful execution. This role requires coordinating multiple teams to ensure that data is transferred accurately and completely, while managing potential risks and implementing controls to maintain data integrity. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transition to the target system, ensuring that all aspects of the migration are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of migration strategies to meet project requirements.
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process to minimize disruptions.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and ensure effective contribution to the project.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies related to data migration.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering reliable and efficient solutions.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies used in data migration and infrastructure management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
