Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Python (Programming Language)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust pipelines that are ready for production deployment, whether on cloud platforms or on-premises environments. The engineer works on implementing generative AI models and may engage in diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbot development, and image processing. This position demands continuous innovation and adaptation to evolving AI methodologies to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize AI model deployment and maintenance.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services and the ability to integrate them into scalable application pipelines.
- Knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications within software solutions.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to work with diverse AI technologies including chatbots and image processing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
