ERP DeveloperLocation: Baner, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and skilled ERP Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, customization, development, and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining ERP solutions that streamline business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Operations, and other functional areas.


This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-grade ERP applications and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, customize, and maintain ERP modules based on business requirements.
  2. Participate in ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and deployment projects.
  3. Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications and internal business tools.
  4. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve ERP-related technical and functional issues.
  5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and recommend ERP solutions.
  6. Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and customization records.
  7. Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business decision-making.
  8. Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
  9. Provide end-user support and training during implementation and post-go-live phases.
  10. Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity across ERP applications.
  11. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  12. 2+ years of experience in ERP development, implementation, customization, or support.
  13. Experience with at least one ERP platform such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, or similar enterprise applications.
  14. Strong knowledge of SQL and database programming.
  15. Understanding of ERP business processes including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, or Operations.
  16. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  17. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  18. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  19. Familiarity with ERP integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions.
  20. Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar platforms.
  21. ERP certifications or relevant technical training.
  22. Exposure to Agile or project-based implementation methodologies.
