Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales and possess basic knowledge of electrical or electronic products. The role involves meeting customers, generating business opportunities, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers and prospects to promote electrical and electronic products.
• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Collect market feedback and provide regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
• Travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development activities.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
• ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech qualification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic products is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
