Job Description

✔ Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and referrals

✔ Identify and qualify potential customers

✔ Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups with prospects

✔ Explain company services and provide appropriate solutions to clients

✔ Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service details

✔ Negotiate with clients and close sales opportunities

✔ Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel

✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

✔ Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

✔ Generate referrals and upsell services to existing clients

✔ Monitor market trends and competitor activities

✔ Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
