We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to closure.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries (calls, walk-ins, and online leads)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term engagement
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Coordinate and schedule site visits with potential buyers
• Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into bookings
• Provide accurate project details and resolve customer queries
• Maintain proper records of leads, site visits, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
