The Senior Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding the bank's presence and market share in the SCV-Rural Auto space. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the bank's overall growth and success.- Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the SCV-Rural Auto market effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
- Identify potential clients and prospects, and generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the sales process.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales executives, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building the bank's brand and reputation.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the commercial vehicle or auto finance industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of rural markets and understanding of the SCV-Rural Auto segment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for effective lead management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking skills and a well-established professional network.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
