Job Description:
Job Title: MES Aspen Application Expert
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree Science or Engineering related to IT\Computer Science\Electronics\Instrumentation\Pharmacy
- Minimum experience of 5-6 years on MES application AspenTech V11, v12,v14.5
- Having good knowledge on Aspen Manufacturing Suite V11, v12,v14.5(Aspentech Infoplus.21 Plant Historian,Aspen Layered Products & Client tools, APRM - Aspen Production Records Manager (Batch Historian – Batch 21), APEM - Aspen Production Execution Manager (eBRS)
- Have experience on new implementation and upgrade projects from requirement gathering stage to qualification and final delivery
- Basic Knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing process – Life science and Electronics
- Having experience on other MES applications like Opcenter Medical Device & Diagnostics is an advantage
- Good understanding and experience of plant manufacturing processes. Have knowledge on MES integration with Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 systems like SAP ERP, OSI PI, LIMS etc.
- Experience on Microsoft SQL server is advantage
- Understanding of ISA S88 and S95 models
- Knowledge on Computer Systems Validation, SDLC methodologies, 21CFR part 11, and cGMP including GAMP and EU Annex 11
Role Description:
- Responsible for delivery of various ITSM services like Incident Management, problem Management, Change and Release management etc.
- As part of Global Service Delivery team should be able to deliver 2nd level Support by addressing the issues related to AspenTech MES, Opcenter.
- Able to work on shift basis
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team to execute and support projects
MES Opcenter – Service Engineer – is responsible to support all service and support activities related to the client OP Center platforms under service of IT. This includes the appropriate technical handling of incident and task tickets raised via SNOW, the technically proficient handling and resolution of issues, patches, technical inquiries, monitoring tasks, account requests and other service related activites. Appropriate and service-oriented end user interaction as well as the cooperation within the client IT teams and business stakeholders. Execution of evolutionary maintenance activities and change requests for the implementation of system improvements.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree Science or Engineering related to IT\Computer Science\Electronics\Instrumentation\Pharmacy.
- 5+ years of experience in handling IT applications or infrastructure with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with MES Opcenter Ex MDD module.
- OpCenter MES Application Expertise and Know-how: Configuration, Integration, analytics, scheduling, and reporting
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
- Customize workflows, user interfaces, reports, and data models to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Opcenter MES solutions to meet requirements.
- Create, review, and approve technical project deliverables (such as design documentation, unit testing, implementation plan etc.)
- Ideally Tool Knowledge: XML script, HTML, JavaScript
- Knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL server, Oracle, or others), and SQL
