Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory management, customer support, and sales performance across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and company websites.

Upload new products, update product descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock-outs.

Process and track customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for smooth order fulfillment.

Monitor sales performance, promotions, and marketplace campaigns.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain seller account health.

Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to improve sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.

Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and seller panels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales analytics is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other marketplace accounts.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.

Knowledge of product catalog management and marketplace advertising.

Salary Range

Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000+ per month (depending on experience and responsibilities)
