Job Description
Job Description – Sales & Marketing Manager
Viswas Welding Works is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for handling industrial product inquiries, lead follow-up, customer communication, and sales management activities.
Responsibilities:
• Handle industrial product inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
• Prepare quotations and maintain customer records
• Manage B2B client communication and relationship building
• Coordinate with internal team for order processing and dispatch updates
• Generate new business opportunities from existing and new clients
• Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up status
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth
• Handle customer complaints and provide proper solutions
• Support sales strategy and marketing activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in Industrial Sales & Lead Management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM, quotation handling, and customer follow-up
• Experience in B2B sales and industrial products preferred
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer and email drafting knowledge required
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 + Incentives
