About You

You are:

  • Motivated, with a strong background in accounting, management, or finance.

  • Experienced in SAP, Microsoft Office tools, and personnel management.

  • Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Assertive in communication, adaptable to change, and excellent at building relationships.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and drive continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

Your role will involve:

  • Managing communication with customers and stakeholders.

  • Conciliation of deposit payments and credit note processes.

  • Initiating, leading, and following through on disputes, managing customer portals, and resolving outstanding balances.

  • Supporting external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation.

  • Developing and managing continuous improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance.

  • At least one year of experience in Collections process, internal control, or financial areas.

  • Ability to maintain a work schedule of 9-hour shifts, including late night shifts.

  • Expertise in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of accounting and relevant controls framework, including CFIs.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Analytical, proactive, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, assertive communication, adaptability to change, excellent interpersonal relationships, and teamwork.

  • Continuous process improvement mindset.
