Job Description

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts & Inventory Executive to support our Textile Manufacturing and E-commerce business.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales entry and purchase entry.
  • Sales and purchase reconciliation.
  • Customer and vendor payment reconciliation.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Inventory reconciliation for manufacturing and e-commerce stock.
  • Maintaining accurate accounting and inventory records.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts and inventory.
  • Completing all assigned work efficiently within the daily 2-hour schedule.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience with Tally, Busy, Excel, or similar accounting software.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or e-commerce accounts will be an advantage.

Work Details

  • Office-based work only (No Work From Home).
  • Daily working time: 2 hours.
  • Suitable for experienced professionals looking for part-time work.
