Sr Software QA Engineer

Essential Functions
•    Analyze business, functional, and design requirements to derive comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. 
•    Define and execute test strategies, including master test plans and verification plans. 
•    Perform end-to-end, integration, and system testing for complex applications independently. 
•    Execute test cases, document results, and manage defects through resolution. 
•    Collaborate with Agile teams, Product Management, and Project stakeholders to ensure quality alignment. 
•    Participate in defect triage and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues. 
•    Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards and user expectations. 
•    Review test plans, results, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. 
•    Drive test process improvements, quality metrics, and best practices. 
•    Lead or support large-scale testing efforts and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
•    Good understanding of SQL DB, good to have Sitecore CMS knowledge, understanding on Performance testing.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience req.
• 4-6 years related experience in quality assurance and testing req.
• Basic understanding in SQL
• Good analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work in an Agile, globally distributed environment
