Job Description

Job SummaryThe Billing/Cashier is responsible for processing customer payments, generating accurate bills and invoices, handling cash and digital transactions, maintaining billing records, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate bills, invoices, and receipts accurately.
  • Process cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other digital payments.
  • Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain daily cash collections and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
  • Prepare daily sales and collection reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of billing records.
  • Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding payments and outstanding balances.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
