About the Role:
- Strategize and conceptualize transactions for successful execution assignments.
- Strategize and conceptualize Investments services provided to clients. Create cross selling opportunities to generate maximum revenue in the geography.
- Evaluate, review business plan of the geography from time to time and provide direction to the team
- Initiate and implement new developments/methodologies/techniques pertaining to business. Develop knowledge data for investments team
- Adheres to all state real estate agency requirements. Ensures compliance with corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.
About You:
- Provides formal assistance/ guidance, to the team. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and/or public groups.
- Requires expert knowledge of real estate terms and understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets.
- Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for clients.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong negotiating and influencing skills
