Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Banca Channel
Location: Bathinda
CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience in Life Insurance
Age Criteria: Up to 35 years
Job Description:
- Manage and develop business through the Banca channel by partnering with banking teams.
- Build strong relationships with bank branch staff and drive insurance business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
- Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, and provide suitable life insurance solutions.
- Coordinate with bank officials to maximize business growth and improve sales performance.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain high service standards.
- Track market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance / Banca Channel.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales orientation with target achievement ability.
- Ability to manage banking partnerships and customer relationships.
