Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential customers.

Provide detailed information about Ayurvedic products to customers and resolve their queries.

Understand customer health concerns and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products.

Follow up on leads provided and convert them into sales.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.


Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Ability to convince and build trust with customers.

Basic knowledge of Ayurveda or willingness to learn about Ayurvedic products.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
