Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
Must have skills : SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in documenting and communicating process changes to ensure stakeholder alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within SAP environments.
- Experience in translating business requirements into detailed process designs and functional specifications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Familiarity with process performance measurement and key performance indicators to monitor effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
