Job Description
हम अपने फार्म हाउस और कॉर्पोरेट ऑफिस के मैनेजमेंट को सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए एक कुशल, ऊर्जावान और टेक-सैवी Front Office & HR Executive की तलाश कर रहे हैं। इस रोल में आपको फ्रंट ऑफिस मैनेजमेंट के साथ-साथ HR और डिजिटल टास्क/अटेंडेंस ट्रैकिंग की जिम्मेदारी संभालनी होगी।
1 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):
- फ्रंट ऑफिस मैनेजमेंट: आने वाले मेहमानों/क्लाइंट्स का स्वागत, फोन कॉल्स और ऑफिस की दैनिक गतिविधियों का रखरखाव।
- ERP & डिजिटल टास्क मैनेजमेंट: ERP सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से पूरी टीम के दैनिक कार्यों (Tasks) को असाइन करना, ट्रैक करना और रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
- अटेंडेंस & लीव मैनेजमेंट: ERP/बायोमेट्रिक सिस्टम पर सभी कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति (Attendance), छुट्टियों और शिफ्ट का सही रिकॉर्ड रखना।
- HR ऑपरेशन्स: नए कर्मचारियों की ऑनबोर्डिंग, बेसिक रिक्रूटमेंट, स्टाफ कोऑर्डिनेशन और ऑफिस अनुशासन बनाए रखना।
- एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन: फार्म हाउस और ऑफिस के एडमिन वर्क, वेंडर मैनेजमेंट और बिलिंग/सप्लाई का ध्यान रखना।
2 आवश्यक योग्यता एवं अनुभव (Requirements & Skills)
- :अनुभव: 2 से 5 वर्ष (Front Office, HR या Admin का अनुभव)।
- योग्यता: स्नातक (Graduate) / MBA (HR) या संबंधित क्षेत्र में डिप्लोमा।
- सॉफ्टवेयर/टेक ज्ञान: ERP सॉफ्टवेयर, MS Office (Excel/Word) और डिजिटल टास्क मैनेजमेंट टूल्स का अच्छा ज्ञान।
- स्किल: बेहतरीन कम्यूनिकेशन (हिंदी एवं अंग्रेजी), प्रॉब्लम-सॉल्विंग एटीट्यूड और मल्टीटास्किंग में कुशल।
