HR Manager

1. End-to-End HR Operations

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit formalities.

• Oversee onboarding, documentation, confirmation, appraisal, and separation processes.

• Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day HR activities.

2. HR Compliance & Statutory Management

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, etc.).

• Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required.

• Prepare for internal and external audits. 3. Policy Drafting & Implementation

• Develop, review, and update HR policies (Leave Policy, Code of Conduct, POSH, Attendance, Disciplinary Policy, etc.).

• Ensure effective communication and implementation of policies across the organization.

• Monitor adherence to company policies and handle violations.

4. Employee Relations & Disciplinary Handling

• Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.

• Conduct disciplinary proceedings as per company policy.

• Support management in maintaining workplace discipline and culture.

5. Payroll & Compensation Oversight

• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions compliance.

• Oversee salary structuring and CTC management.

• Ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.

6. POSH & Workplace Ethics

• Act as a POSH Committee member or coordinator.

• Ensure compliance with Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act.

• Conduct awareness programs and handle complaints confidentially.

7. Reporting & HR Analytics

• Prepare and present MIS reports related to headcount, attrition, compliance, and recruitment.

• Provide HR insights to leadership for decision-making.
