Field Sales Executive

Job OverviewRentelo is seeking an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Field Operations Executive to manage on-ground operations. You will be the face of Rentelo, handling vehicle pick-ups, deliveries, customer verification, and on-the-road assistance. Your primary goal is to ensure a smooth, timely, and friendly rental experience for our users.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Delivery & Pick-Up: Deliver rental two-wheelers directly to customers' locations and safely collect them back at the end of the rental period.
• Customer Verification & Documentation: Check customer IDs, driving licenses, and process digital paperwork via the Rentelo executive app before handing over the keys.
• Pre & Post-Rental Vehicle Inspection: Inspect bikes for any physical damage, scratch marks, or fuel levels before delivery and upon return, logging photos and details accurately in the app.
• Hub & Fleet Shuffling: Move two-wheelers between different Rentelo hubs, service centers, and washing bays to balance inventory levels.
• On-Field Support & Breakdowns: Reach customer locations quickly in case of minor on-road emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, or to swap a bike if necessary.
• Cash/Payment Handling: Collect security deposits or outstanding rental amounts securely through digital UPI or cash where applicable.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Graduates looking for field experience are also welcome).
• License & Vehicle: Must own a personal Android smartphone (with a working internet connection) and have a valid two-wheeler Driving License.
• Navigation Skills: Good knowledge of local city roads, shortcuts, and proficiency using Google Maps.
• Language Skills: Ability to speak the local language (e.g., Kannada for Bangalore) and basic English or Hindi to interact with customers.
• Personal Traits: Punctual, polite, and comfortable with being on the move for most of the day.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 per month (fixed) + monthly performance bonuses.
• Fuel Allowance: Separate fuel reimbursement or mileage allowance paid out weekly/monthly.
• Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and accidental insurance coverage.
