Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving software performance and functionality while adapting to project needs and collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective, scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with agile software development processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing performance within Salesforce applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
