Salary: Maximum gross up to 35 K PM

Role Summary

The Purchase & Store Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining inventory of food, beverages, housekeeping, engineering, and operational supplies. The role ensures uninterrupted operations through efficient procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and cost optimization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcure food, beverages, kitchen consumables, housekeeping, engineering, and other operational materials.
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely procurement.
• Receive, inspect, and record materials as per purchase orders.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure proper storage of all items.
• Issue materials to various departments against approved requisitions.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for perishable inventory.
• Maintain purchase and store documentation in ERP/software.
• Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and inventory control procedures.
• QualificationGraduate in Commerce, Hotel Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Purchase & Stores in a Hotel, Restaurant, Resort, or Hospitality Industry is mandatory.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of hotel/restaurant procurement and inventory management.
• Vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ERP/POS or inventory management software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and good analytical ability.
