Job Description: HR Operations Executive

Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / HR Operations Lead

Job Summary

The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee data administration.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee information and statutory data.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics.
  • Coordinate background verification and reference checks.
  • Manage HRMS data and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in audits and compliance-related activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with HRMS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
