Job Title : HR cum Recruiter Executive / Officer

Job SummaryThe HR cum Recruiter Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR operations for the medical center. The role involves sourcing healthcare professionals, coordinating interviews, onboarding employees, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth workforce management.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, lab technicians, receptionists, pharmacists, and support staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultancies, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment database and candidate records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding joining and documentation.
- Achieve hiring targets within timelines.
- HR ResponsibilitiesMaintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Support payroll processing and salary coordination.
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee grievances and HR-related queries.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing requirements is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- QualificationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Experience1–4 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or medical center recruitment preferred.
- Salary Range : ₹15000 – ₹20,000 per month
- (Depends on experience and organization size)
- Working Hours8-hour shift
- 6 days working in most medical centers
