Job Description
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.
· Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews.
· Conduct initial HR interviews.
· Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
· Coordinate joining formalities and document collection.
2. Onboarding & Induction
· Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
· Complete joining documentation and KYC verification.
· Create employee files and update HRMS.
· Coordinate with IT and Admin for new employee onboarding.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
· Maintain daily attendance records.
· Monitor leave balances and approvals.
· Prepare monthly attendance reports.
· Ensure timely attendance regularization.
4. Payroll Coordination
· Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions).
· Coordinate with Accounts for salary processing.
· Verify salary sheets before disbursement.
· Prepare Full & Final (F&F) settlement details.
· Generate salary letters and salary certificates.
5. Employee Relations
· Address employee queries and grievances.
· Promote a positive work environment.
· Conduct employee engagement activities.
· Organize employee events and celebrations.
· Support employee welfare initiatives.
6. Performance Management
· Assist in KPI/KRA preparation and implementation.
· Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
· Maintain employee performance records.
· Track probation and confirmation processes.
7. Statutory Compliance
· Maintain records for PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labour law compliances.
· Coordinate with Accounts and consultants for statutory filings.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
· Maintain statutory registers and employee documentation.
8. HR Administration
· Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
· Issue ID cards and employment certificates.
· Update HR policies and employee handbook.
· Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
9. Training & Development
· Identify training needs.
· Coordinate internal and external training programs.
· Maintain training records and attendance.
· Monitor employee skill development.
10. Exit Management
· Conduct exit interviews.
· Process resignation and clearance formalities.
· Coordinate Full & Final settlement.
· Prepare relieving letters and experience certificates.
