Role Overview
JPrime Buildcon LLP is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the end-to-
end recruitment process. The role involves hiring top talent across sales, marketing,
technical, and support functions, ensuring the organization builds a strong and high-
performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to
onboarding
Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs
Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, references, and
consultants
Handle bulk hiring (especially sales teams) and niche hiring for specialized roles
Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, joining ratio, etc.)
Strengthen employer branding through recruitment campaigns and postings
Ensure timely closure of positions within deadlines
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in sourcing and screening techniques
Stakeholder management
Ability to manage bulk and lateral hiring
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.)
Negotiation and candidate handling skills
Data-driven mindset
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
Experience
4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Experience in Real Estate / BFSI / Sales hiring preferred
