Role Overview


JPrime Buildcon LLP is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the end-to-

end recruitment process. The role involves hiring top talent across sales, marketing,


technical, and support functions, ensuring the organization builds a strong and high-

performing workforce.


Key Responsibilities

 Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to

onboarding

 Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs

 Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, references, and

consultants

 Handle bulk hiring (especially sales teams) and niche hiring for specialized roles

 Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews

 Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience

 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

 Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, joining ratio, etc.)

 Strengthen employer branding through recruitment campaigns and postings

 Ensure timely closure of positions within deadlines

 Maintain recruitment MIS and reports


Key Skills & Competencies

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Expertise in sourcing and screening techniques

 Stakeholder management


 Ability to manage bulk and lateral hiring

 Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.)

 Negotiation and candidate handling skills

 Data-driven mindset


Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

 MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)


Experience

 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

 Experience in Real Estate / BFSI / Sales hiring preferred
