Job Description – Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our Hindi Pan India sales operations. The candidate should have strong leadership, team management, and sales closing abilities with experience in handling high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead tele-calling & sales teams
- Drive monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Monitor lead follow-up and patient conversion process
- Train, motivate, and improve team performance
- Develop sales strategies to increase productivity and closures
- Maintain CRM discipline and sales reporting systems
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for better lead management
- Conduct regular review meetings and performance analysis
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Strong experience in sales and team handling
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to manage pressure and achieve business goals
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or tele-sales industry preferred
