Job Description

Quality Analyst / Quality Manager – BPO

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst / Quality Manager to ensure high-quality customer interactions and process compliance within our BPO operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring calls and transactions, conducting audits, analyzing performance trends, providing feedback and coaching recommendations, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience in Voice, or Customer Service processes is preferred.


Salary - 6,00,000/- to 9,00,000/-


Location - Perungudi

Experience - 4years to 6years.
