Application Engineer – Surface Treatment Plants (Electroplating & Anodizing)

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend initial technical discussions with customers for new Electroplating and Anodizing line enquiries.

- Understand customer requirements, production volume, component details, quality standards, and future expansion plans.

- Conduct technical surveys and prepare process flow charts, tank sizing concepts, production calculations, and equipment requirements.

- Evaluate rack plating and barrel plating requirements, plating area calculations, batch capacities, and cycle times.

- Recommend suitable process sequences, automation levels, utilities, and industry best practices.

- Coordinate with customers to obtain technical approvals and clarifications.

- Prepare detailed enquiry reports and hand over complete technical inputs to the Proposal & Design team.

- Support preparation of techno-commercial proposals and quotations.

- Participate in technical presentations, customer meetings, and project discussions until order finalization.

Preferred Experience:

- 3–8 years of experience in Electroplating, Anodizing, Surface Treatment Plants, or Process Engineering.

- Good understanding of plating processes, plant equipment, automation concepts, and production calculations.

- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
