Project Manager – IBMS (Gurgaon | JCI Payroll)

We are seeking an Individual Contributor Project Manager with strong expertise in IBMS/ELV systems for Gurgaon location. The role involves end-to-end ownership of project execution including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Building Controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution covering installation, commissioning, and delivery
• Manage IBMS systems including CCTV, ACS, and controls
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines and site activities
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IBMS/ELV project execution
• Hands-on experience in CCTV, ACS, Controls systems
• Strong knowledge of installation & commissioning
• Proven track record in project management & delivery
• Candidate must be from similar IBMS background
