Job Summary:

KNOVATIK TECH VISION PVT. LTD. is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, attendance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals and social media platforms.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews with department managers.
• Coordinate the complete hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Employee Onboarding

• Complete joining formalities and documentation.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
• Create employee records and maintain personnel files.
• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards.

Attendance & HR Operations

• Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
• Maintain employee databases and HRMIS records.
• Support payroll processing and attendance verification.
• Prepare HR reports and management updates.

Employee Engagement

• Address employee concerns and grievances.
• Organize employee engagement activities.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Support performance evaluation processes.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Manage HR documentation and records accurately.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Preferred Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
• Experience in BPO, Call Center, or Sales Recruitment will be an added advantage.
