Job Summary:
KNOVATIK TECH VISION PVT. LTD. is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, attendance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Schedule interviews with department managers.
- Coordinate the complete hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
- Create employee records and maintain personnel files.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards.
Attendance & HR Operations
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Maintain employee databases and HRMIS records.
- Support payroll processing and attendance verification.
- Prepare HR reports and management updates.
Employee Engagement
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Support performance evaluation processes.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Manage HR documentation and records accurately.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
- Experience in BPO, Call Center, or Sales Recruitment will be an added advantage.
