seeking motivated and confident professionals who are eager to build a successful career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products and services

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information

• Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers

• Follow up on qualified leads to close sales and achieve targets

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Collaborate with team members to enhance call quality and conversion rates

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

• Maintain and update customer records and call logs

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Candidates with 0–6 months of experience may apply (Freshers are also welcome)

• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduation

• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

• Customer-oriented mindset with good listening and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
