Job Description

  • Collect and deliver medical implants, surgical instruments, and consumables between the office and hospitals.
  • Ensure all medical products are transported safely and in their original condition.
  • Coordinate with hospital staff, doctors, OT coordinators, and the internal operations team regarding deliveries and collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, acknowledgements, and return materials.
  • Collect invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, and other relevant documents from hospitals.
  • Ensure urgent implant requirements are fulfilled on time.
  • Assist in stock movement and inventory transfers when required.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of all medical and business information.
  • Keep the assigned vehicle (if applicable) clean and ensure timely maintenance.
