Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned business targets and revenue growth.
- Manage, appoint, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks across the territory.
- Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and potential channel partners.
- Ensure effective market coverage, retailer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive field sales operations and ensure regular market visits for business development.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments including operations, logistics, and accounts for seamless business execution.
- Ensure timely collections, payment follow-ups, and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of proven experience in field sales.
- Prior experience in FMCG, automobile, lubricants, or distribution-based industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of territory sales, channel sales, and distribution management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, achieve targets, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong market knowledge and analytical thinking capability.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in dealer/distributor handling.
- Retail network development exposure
- Team handling and leadership exposure will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
