About the Role: We are a growing textile wholesale and trading company looking for a dedicated and organized Female Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be soft-spoken, highly detail-oriented, and possess excellent follow-up skills to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, the sales team, and management.

• Handle daily customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.

• Track and follow up on pending orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.

• Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and order files.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales coordination, customer support, or administrative role.

• Gender: Female

• Age: 25 years and above.

• Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and English (both written and spoken).

• Soft Skills: Must be soft-spoken, polite, and have strong interpersonal skills

.• Core Strength: Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills are a must.

• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic email etiquette.
