Key Responsibilities

• Change & Transport Governance: Utilize ChaRM to safely govern the release, tracking, and transport of SAP configurations and code.  
• IT Service Management (ITSM): Manage end-to-end incident, problem, and request management.  
• System Monitoring & Administration: Perform central, real-time proactive monitoring of both SAP and non-SAP application components. Troubleshoot workload bottlenecks and manage job scheduling.  
• Solution Documentation: Oversee system landscape information and map out "as-is" business processes to ensure compliance and audit readiness.  
• Testing Management: Coordinate testing scopes, integration tests, and defect tracking across the implementation lifecycle.  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Typically 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing SAP environments and supporting end-to-end ALM.
• Technical Skills: Strong functional and technical understanding of Solution Manager 7.2 (basic configuration, managed system setup).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities for coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business units.
