Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages related to automated testing.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools to ensure thorough test coverage.

Additional Information:
